You have never had a Wingfoil lesson before?
If this is the case, you will need to start with our discovery lesson.
During two hours, one of our instructors will teach you all the basics of Wing handling.
You will learn how to setup your wing and foil, then discover the concepts of "wind window", the dos and don'ts. That will last a good 40 minutes.
You will then learn how to ride on the water without a foil, the goal is to get you used to handle the board and wing simultaneously.
